POLICIES:
Returns & Exchanges
-Merchandise must be unworn, unused and in new condition [as it was received], with any original tags attached, and returned to us within 30 days of the original order date, to qualify for a refund.
-Japashion.com reserves the right to deny credit if, upon receipt, the returned merchandise does not meet company return policy requirements.
-Shipping and handling charges are not refundable.
-Merchandise should be neatly packaged and must be accompanied by a signed and dated invoice.
-Make a note on the invoice if you wish to exchange, and which items for what. We will do our best to accomodate your request, stock allowing.
-Ship the merchandise pre-paid and insured, with your order number clearly marked on the outside of the package, to:

We recommend UPS or insured Parcel Post for proof of delivery. We assume no responsibility for the reimbursement for, or replacement of, any lost return merchandise. Do not send the package C.O.D. (Cash/Check on Delivery), as it will not be accepted.
-Wait for our reply e-mail telling you the status of your return. We will process your request in 3-5 business days of our receipt of the package.
Tax
Tax will be calculated at the time of checkout and applied only to orders shipping within the state of Arizona. Current sales tax rate for the State of Arizona is 8.1%.
